We do not currently offer any mobile repair services and normally don't work on devices smaller than a laptop. If you have a specific request like a smaller game console (PS Vita, PSP, 3DS, Switch) please contact us directly and we will see if a repair can be done for you.

All repairs performed come with a 30 day warranty.

We charge a fee starting at $5 per mile to pickup your items because it costs us money in gas to and from your location (the fee varies based on your location and the items you are donating) and we also have to recycle and reuse the parts within each item. Some items use batteries and batteries cannot be recycled easily and require specialized handling.

We have a 15% discount for veterans and a 10% discount for seniors 65 and up. These discounts cannot be stacked or combined and can only be used once per transaction.

Yes, our rate is $30 an hour. Most repairs do not take more than 3 hours but be aware that not all repairs are the same and can vary significantly.

We can arrange a meetup in the Ocala area or you can ship your item to us.

We repair a wide range of electronics including but not limited to A/V receivers, radios, DVD and Blu-ray players, soundbars, speakers (wired, wireless, and bluetooth), computers, TVs, certain game consoles, uninterruptible power supply systems, surge protectors, digital alarm clocks, tower fans, box fans, small portable fans, and electronic toys.

Once we complete your repair you pay us in person. We take cash, card and also have support for digital payments like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and more!
